SFST1AL Rockwell Double Strike for Storefront Mortise Deadlatch – Aluminum

The Rockwell SFST1AL is an aluminum double strike for narrow stile storefront doors with a mortise deadlatch. A strike plate with two dust-box openings sits over a steel mounting plate, so it installs flush in a hollow aluminum jamb and finishes the strike cutout neatly. It is unhanded and fits left- or right-hand doors.

The long face spans the strike area of an MS-style deadbolt prep, which makes it the right choice when a deadlatch replaces an old deadbolt in the same door. It is a direct replacement for the Adams Rite® 4901 deadlatch strike.

• Use: Rockwell storefront mortise deadlatches SFDL013132 (31/32″) and SFDL01118 (1-1/8″); deadlatches only
• Strike plate: 4-5/8″ (117.5 mm) long, screw holes 3-7/8″ (98.4 mm) C/C, countersunk for #10 flat head screws
• Openings: two, 1-1/8″ (28.6 mm) high, with dust box 43/64″ (17.1 mm) deep

Complete the opening: a deadlatch (SFDL013132 (31/32″) and SFDL01118 (1-1/8″)), a deadlatch faceplate, a push-pull paddle in aluminum (left hand or right hand) or bronze (left hand or right hand), and an SC1 mortise cylinder in aluminum or bronze.
